About this event
We'll go to 4th grade teacher MacKenzie's classroom in Joyce on Thursday, March 5 at 3 pm to watch her presentation on implementing our book, The State We're In: Washington. She'll be giving the presentation to the Washington State Council for the Social Studies Convention. We can learn about how she uses it as part of her non-fiction reading/language arts lessons and incorporates many different state learning standards in her integrated lessons. We can also give her feedback on the presentation. Car pooling is encouraged.
